What's in this update
This software update is the formal release of Blackmagic Camera 8.5 Public Beta for Blackmagic URSA Broadcast G2. It adds support for Blackmagic Cloud workflows and direct uploads to DaVinci Resolve projects. This update also adds a media pool file browser and proxy recording for Blackmagic RAW and ProRes. In addition, this update reduces SDI output latency, adds support for SRT streaming protocol and support for REST control API. This update also adds selective tally color settings for Blackmagic URSA Studio Viewfinder and Blackmagic URSA Studio Viewfinder G2. Blackmagic Camera 8.5.1 includes fixes for issues identified during Blackmagic Camera 8.5 Beta, including general Blackmagic Cloud improvements, better pixel recalibration, more reliable data tethering with some Google Pixel phones, as well as improved H.265 and H.264 AV syncronization at 50, 59.94 and 60p on SDI out.
