What's in this update
This software update adds support for HEVC decoding and hardware acceleration on the latest Mac OS, 7.1 audio track types, improved loudness meters, matte indicators on Media Pool thumbnails and support for dynamics for audio buses in the Fairlight mixer. In addition, this update includes dozens of general performance and stability enhancements. The free DaVinci Resolve 14 is a full professional editing and color grading system that is suitable for independent users working on SD, HD and Ultra HD projects. Technical support for the free version is available via the Blackmagic Design web forums only.
