What's in this update
The firmware update Ver.1.06 from Ver.1.04/Ver.1.05 incorporates the following issues: * Please connect an external monitor during firmware updates. You can check the firmware update status on the external monitor. Display delay of the external monitor connected via SDI or HDMI is improved. This improvement effects under either of the following setting conditions. ・PROJECT ➔ RESOLUTION ➔ 4K 4:3 ・PROJECT ➔ MEDIA REC SETTING ➔ MEDIA REC SETTING ➔ ProResHQ, ProRes 422 or ProRes LT ・PROJECT ➔ F-Log2/HLG/RAW ➔ SDI/HDMI OUTPUT RAW SETTING ➔ OFF The firmware bugs causing the following issues are fixed. (1) When switching between the “MULTI” and “TRACKING” settings in AF mode, ‘AREA’ mode may occasionally become active even though “MULTI” is selected. (2) When opening the Playback screen without a storage media inserted and pressing certain buttons, an unintended screen may appear. (3) When attaching a FUJINON Duvo series lens to the GFX ETERNA 55 and operating the expander while recording, the camera freezes. (4) AF tracking does not work when the FOCUS LEVER SETTING is set to “PUSH TO UNLOCK” (5) The CLIP does not play during playback. (6) When applying the default LUT in F-Log2C settings, banding may occasionally occur under high-saturation lighting conditions. Note: As part of the measures to address the above issue, the 3D-LUT, F-Log2C_to_WDR”, for the GFX ETERNA 55 available on the following website is also updated from Ver.1.00 to Ver.1.10. 3D-LUT (7) Other minor issues.
