• This service supplies software that can be used to update the firmware for the FTZ mount adapter to version 1.10. Before proceeding, select Firmware version in the camera SETUP MENU and check the current mount adapter (MA) firmware version. You will not need to download or install this update if the firmware listed above is already installed. • This firmware update is performed with an FTZ mount adapter attached to a camera. See “Compatible Cameras” for a list of compatible cameras. • To perform the update, you will need the memory card used in the camera and a compatible card reader. • Updates can be performed for you by a Nikon-authorized service representative. • Read the information below before proceeding.
